Refund policy

At Boundless , I want every photoshoot and design project to run smoothly and for you to be happy with the final result. However, sometimes plans need to change or be cancelled. Below you’ll find the guidelines:

Cancellations and changes

For photoshoots, cancellations made up to 5 days before the scheduled date will be charged at 50% of the shoot fee. Cancellations on the day itself will be charged in full.

For design projects, changes or additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be invoiced separately.

For weddings, a deposit may be required. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have provided written approval.

Exceptions and unforeseen circumstances

Sometimes circumstances are beyond anyone’s control, such as bad weather during real estate photography, heavy snow, strong winds or rain, illness, or technical issues with equipment. In these cases, the shoot or project will be rescheduled in consultation.

Refunds are only given in exceptional cases and always in proportion to the work already completed and costs incurred.

Rescheduling must be communicated at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability.

Delivery and payment

Photos are usually delivered within 4 weeks, although this may vary slightly during peak season.

Payments are made via invoice or Swish (for weddings and real estate). Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
