Website design

For this large healthcare company, I was asked to redesign the entire careers section of their website. Their brand was already strong, but their recruitment platform was lagging behind and no longer aligned with their ambitions and recruitment challenges.

We started with the basics. I thoroughly analyzed the existing website and conducted various tests to examine the current UI and UX. Where were visitors dropping off, what didn't work logically, and where was the friction in the application process? Because a beautiful new website is great, but if it doesn't solve the recruitment problem, you're missing the point.

Based on these insights, I completely redesigned the user interface. The structure became clearer, the navigation more intuitive, and the calls to action clearer. All with one goal: making it easier and more attractive to apply for a job.

It was also important that the website reflected who they truly are. Not a standard corporate image, but a vibrant company full of energy and engaged people. We reinforced this with photography that focused on personality. No stiff, businesslike portraits, but images you might not immediately expect from a large healthcare company. That's precisely what makes it distinctive and human.

All in all, an intensive process that brought together strategy, design, and photography. A project I look back on with great pride.
